Refund / Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day refund/exchange policy from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund/exchange.

To get a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in it's original packaging. 

To complete your return, a receipt for proof of purchase and photo of the item being returned must be provided via email.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email informing you that your return product has been received and is under review. Once reviewed we will send a follow up email determining whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange. 

All refunds will depend on your bank or credit card institution. If you have not received your refund within 7-10 business days, you may need to contact your banking administration. 

Only regular priced items can be eligible for a refund/exchange. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
